Description

Quality Representative According to ISO 9001

Chapter I:

After a general introduction to the ISO organization and the different stages of the development of the standard-setting methods and their production for use. I described and explained quality management aspects, the quality management system, general standards, and then the different stages until the company or institution obtains the specific accreditation. passing through an opinion poll conducted by the ISO organization in this regard, ending with the many benefits that accrue to the company or institution as a result of obtaining the international ISO certification.

Chapter II:

Here, I set out to introduce the basic principles on which the quality management system is based in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015, starting with focusing on customers and customer satisfaction, then the role and importance of wise leadership, and engaging people in processes and decisions, followed by a practical approach and focus on processes, the principle of continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making. And proofs away from wishes and feelings, ending with managing relationships and linking everything mentioned in a professional and purposeful manner that feeds into the goals set for quality.

Chapter III:

Here the practical side begins with an explanation of the methodology of the evaluation process, taking into account the quality objectives, explaining the types of auditing, both internal and external, proposing a practical model for the list of review and auditing questions, then proposing the concept of the organization’s context and leadership requirements, and finally, introducing the most important international standards and acquiring the required knowledge in this regard. Concerning an emphasis on the applied steps when adhering to an international standard that requires a certification audit to grant the certificate, here we have reached the point of familiarity with the various forms of documents and mandatory procedures, and then conducting the control of quality documents.

Chapter IV:

We confirm here with a full explanation on the official list of the first references in the official certification audit, accurate identification of the content and requirements of the international standard, and how to properly plan for the application of these requirements in practice and in an effective manner to come out with the benefits expected from the Quality Management System after applying the requirements of the standard, defining the functions, tasks, and responsibilities, and how to take care with the documents and their development to reach the experimental stage of the launch of the Quality Management System, localized with the data and principles of quality, to the stage of the actual launch of the integrated and final Quality Management System then monitoring the implementation process, observing and measuring the outputs, and emphasizing the process of continuous improvement and development.

Chapter V:

Here we deal in detail with the practical part after the launch of the Quality Management System, and here I have enumerated three fields for you that usually take institutions a lot of effort and time to establish, so they are presented to you ready on a silver plate, to avoid hardships:
– Mandatory Documents
– Mandatory Procedures
– Mandatory Records

Chapter VI:

Here I present in detail the eight chapters of requirements from the standpoint of the standard, and for the practical link between the chapters of requirements and the evaluation process for granting the international ISO certificate, I had to present the list of official audit questions from the point of view of the certification body through its Lead Auditor who carries out the audit process on behalf of the Certification Body, including the eight chapters of the ISO requirements, namely:

– Scope and purpose
– The context of the organization – Leadership
– Planning
– Support
– Processes
– Performance evaluation
– Improvement

Chapter VII:

And it is time to explain the standard’s requirements and understand the significance of translating these requirements into audit questions, as we mentioned in the previous section. The logical start was by explaining the terms used to define the correct meaning and avoiding any possible confusion, then addressing the topics of scope and purpose, then standard references. The context of the organization is then exposed to the practical sections: leadership, planning, support, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement processes.

With this, I have covered all the topics of the course and its content required to measure the understanding through the official examination to obtain “ATC AUSTRIA” – Quality Management Representative according to ISO 900:2015.

My best wishes to the trainees with helpful training, success in the examination, and obtaining the prestigious “ATC AUSTRIA” international certificate.

Dr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
