Real Estate Management
1) Real Estate Agent – Assistant:
This course is based on the Austrian Standard ONR 43001-1 and the certification scheme of the Austrian certification body „Austrian plus Certificate“
Course duration
60 hours
Exam :
A written exam of 2 hours to prove the qualifications in accordance with the Austrian Standard ONR 43001-1.
The exam will be positively evaluated when the candidate reaches at least 60% of the maximum points.

Course certificate „Real Estate Agent – Assistant“
Certificate :
The certificate will be issued by the Austrian Standards plus Certification. The validity of this certificate is maintained by means of a surveillance evaluation on a two-year cycle and a re-certification
evaluation on a six-year cycle.
The surveillance evaluation is fulfilled by providing proof of 16 hours worth of further subject-related education in accordance with the requirements of ONR 43001-1.
Re-certification evaluation
Registered candidates need to provide proof of further pertinent education during the last 6 years, conforming to the guidelines set in Austrian Standard ONR 43001-1
A final interview must be conducted by the lead auditor.

– Property developer contract rights
– Land register rights
– Basic traffic rights
– Property relevant aspects of consumer protection
3) Social competences :
– Possess the faculty of communication technologies,
– conflict management,
– presentation techniques.
Learning catalogues (gained qualifications)
– Mediate the purchase, sale and exchange of real estate
– Mediate real estate-specifying contracts
– Preparation of documents
– Support of the parties involved in the real-estate business
2) Real Estate Agent – Adviser :
This course is based on the Austrian Standard ONR 43001-2 and the certification scheme of the Austrian certification body „Austrian plus Certificate“
Course duration :
120 hours
Exam :
1) A written exam of 2 hours to prove the qualifications in accordance with the Austrian Standard ONR 43001-2.
The exam will be positively evaluated when the candidate reaches at least 60% of the maximum points.
2) Oral exam: To prove the knowledge and requirements in accordance with ONR 43001-2 have been acquired.
3) Presentation: A case study to be presented for a maximum of 20 minutes.
All exam components are subjects of the course contents.

4) Certificate to prove at least 1 year of field work experience
