Co-founded by Intel Corporation and Maynooth University, IVI’s Innovation Management Assessment provided Anam with a benchmark of the current internal perception of innovation, along with recommendations and actions towards the development and implementation of a capability improvement plan.
Speaking recently at IVI’s Annual Member Summit in Dublin, Anam’s Chief Operations Officer, Alan Darcy, said: “The [innovation] capability was already present but we just weren’t capitalising on it across the business.
